"Just finished up with my first session at Pro Wrestling Workout and it was an absolute blast! Get ready to sweat and learn the basic moves of Pro Wrestling. The instructors were patient and more than capable of teaching their craft. Everyone got multiple goes on the different exercises and the instructors were great at correcting form when needed
After some stretching and warm up we moved into running the ropes, locking up, headlocks and finally clotheslines and body tackles."
